David Evans

David Evans, Director, and Founder of Kingsley Evans is Head of Office and Land & New Homes. With over 35 years’ experience in Agency, 20 of which have been spent working at Director level for some large corporate names, David brings an enviable wealth of knowledge and contacts to the business. His vision for Kingsley Evans was conceived through a desire to deliver a very personal and professional service alongside a team comprising only the highest quality Agents each bringing varied and vast experience.

David’s decisive nature and ability to create business opportunities and transactions have provided clients with an exemplary service. An enviable market reputation has been built through being creative, and focused, where his clients always come first. His permanency within this business has established a broad client base, local and national, who can rely on David’s professional approach to property advice, his acute understanding of valuations and the complexities of any business transaction.

David has been instrumental in some of the largest land and new homes sales within Gloucestershire. His reputation takes him to other home counties where he has transacted in the acquisition and sale of both residential homes and land all from Kingsley Evans HQ.

Jen Wiseman

Jen is a Director member of the Executive Board at Kingsley Evans, bringing corporate and independent Agency expertise to the business strategy. Having worked at senior management level at a large corporate firm and prior to this, for a leading independent Estate Agency, Jen has vast experience in all areas of residential sales and Land & New Homes.

Jen’s career has been heavily client focused and she is involved in all areas of the business with an emphasis on continual development of the business. Her main area of skill is the Private and Confidential arm of the firm, whereby Jen looks after buyers and vendors alike who choose this discreet approach to their sale or acquisition.

Having been involved in some high-profile transactions and dealing with some of the best properties in The Cotswolds, Jen’s primary motivation is to deliver only the most personal and private of services to all clients.

Alex Holmes

As an Associate Director and Valuer, Alex is instrumental to the Kingsley Evans senior team overseeing the office and heading up the Country Department. Alex focuses on market-facing business, for both new and existing clients, providing strategic advice on both the second-hand residential market and land and new homes, an area where he has extensive knowledge.

Alex’s longevity in Estate Agency has meant that his collection of contacts is vast, many of whom he has looked after on several transactions over many years. His mission to offer not only the very best service, but the most personal one, has forged some excellent relationships with a broad range of clients from house owners to some of the most well regarded local and international developers.

Marie-Louise Wynn

Marie-Louise joined Kingsley Evans in 2018 as an Associate Director, bringing extensive valuing and negotiating expertise to the team. Marie-Louise’s career has been property related both in Agency and within a law firm, gaining an intricate understanding of the complex sales process that is such a fundamental element of the business.

An experienced Residential Sales Agent, Marie-Louise looks after a wide network of new and existing clients in addition to applicants across the office. Having worked exclusively on the Senior Sales Team, Marie-Louise’s role has evolved to encompass the valuing of property where her measured and professional approach has quickly bought the confidence of vendors and purchasers alike.

Rhianna Evans

Having graduated with a 2:1 BA and a 1^st MA in 2017 and 2023 Rhianna joined Kingsley Evans as an invested member of the Sales Team. A natural negotiator and Agent, Rhianna has quickly established herself as a key player who delivers an impeccable service tailored individually to both clients and applicants alike. Rhianna’s role is varied and pivotal, she is instrumental in the smooth operation of after sales, ensuring that property transactions are progressed and overseen at all stages.

Rhianna’s previous career has given her significant experience in dealing with complex, and often sensitive, situations and at Kingsley Evans she is responsible for mitigating the potential challenges of house sales of which her measured and reassuring approach is most suited.

David Street

David Street joined the team six years ago as the Training and Compliance Officer. With years of experience, David oversees all compliance operations, which is now a heavily governed and increasingly complex area of the business.

David is responsible for ensuring all Risk Assessments are completed and comply with Anti Money Laundering requirements to ensure that all property transactions are in line with Anti Money Laundering Regulations to ensure the best client experience. In addition, David is in charge of all staff training, steering the strategic direction of the firm’s efficiency to stay up to date with developing trends, changes in the many regulatory bodies, and ensuring that the company is compliant with all ethical and professional standards, always adhering to the strict code of conduct.
