When selling your home the first and most important task is to obtain an accurate
property valuation.

This stage is more comprehensive than just a simple guide price. A valuation is a skilled piece of advice, the purpose is to give clear concise information on all factors to help you make an informed decision. EPC's

The purpose of an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is to record how energy efficient a property is. This is a direct compliance from the government as it is their chosen way of complying with the Energy Performance of Building Directive (EPBD). The certificate will provide a rating of the energy efficiency and CO2 emissions of a property from A to G, where A is very efficient and G is inefficient.

This allows perspective buyers, owners and occupiers to see information on the energy efficiency and CO2 emissions from their building so they can consider the efficiency and fuel costs as a factor for their investment.

At all times an EPC is accompanied with a report that recommends cost effective measures to improve the energy rating of the building. Information is also provided about the rating that could be achieved if all the recommendations were to be implemented.
